Mass Market Marketing & Sales Manager

Our Client is a multi national pharmaceutical company with the global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland and nearly 100,000 employees all over the world. The Company operates in 140 countries.

Our Client is looking for Mass Market Marketing & Sales Manager

• Participate in the development of strategy
•  Provide timely strategic and tactical market analysis, activities and budget planning, sales forecasting
• Manage, train, motivate and supervise the Field Force team
• Closely cooperate with the KOL’s and key decision makers to ensure aiming at the corresponding target audience
• Manage key accounts; develop relations with the existing and potential partners
• Coordinate adequate implementation of the product promotion plans for the respective products
• Evaluate opportunities and plan business expansions

•  5+ year experience in Marketing an Sales in the pharmaceutical market in Ukraine
• 2+ year people management experience, strong leadership skills
• Understanding of marketing and promotion strategies
• Pharmaceutical or Medical background is required
• English next to fluent
